HOUSING ALLOWANCE
Beijing National Day School offers two options for housing benefits:

RENTAL ALLOWANCE:
SCHOOL PROVIDED APARTMENT:

BNDS provides a monthly housing stipend to help employees cover rent costs. The value of the stipend is competitive, and it is based on our school neighborhood.

SCHOOL PROVIDED APARTMENT:

• BNDS rents and is responsible for paying the rent as long as the teacher has a working contract.
• Every effort is made to rent an apartment near the school.
• Apartments are furnished and equipped with all major appliances.
• Apartments have two bedrooms, a bathroom, living and dining rooms, and a kitchen.
• BNDS does not have any input on the quality and taste of the furnishings.
